1. Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness, including but not limited to:

  • Drop-in visits

  • Walks and Pack Walks

  • Pack Walks

  • Daycare

  • Grooming

  • Digital products (including training guides, enrichment guides, and other downloadable content)

  • Furbeats personalized audio products and related offerings

2. Services and Products Provided
Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness agrees to provide the products and services selected by the Client (including customers purchasing products) during the booking process. The services include, but are not limited to:

  • Drop-in visits

  • Walks and Pack Walks

  • Daycare

  • Grooming

Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness also provides digital products and personalized audio products (including Furbeats), which are delivered electronically and are not physical or in-person services.

3. Furbeats Personalized Audio Products

Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness offers Furbeats, a personalized audio product created using user-submitted recordings of a pet’s heartbeat or related inputs.

By submitting audio or data, the Client:

  • Confirms they have the right to provide this content

  • Grants Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness permission to use the submitted material solely for the purpose of creating the Furbeats product

Furbeats is intended for wellness, relaxation, and emotional connection purposes only. It is not a medical or veterinary product and is not intended to diagnose, monitor, treat, or prevent any condition.

Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness does not analyze, interpret, or provide any assessment of a pet’s health based on submitted recordings, including heartbeat audio.

The Client acknowledges that:

  • Any information submitted (including heartbeat recordings) is provided voluntarily

  • Furbeats is not a substitute for professional veterinary care

  • They are responsible for seeking veterinary advice for any health concerns

While Furbeats is designed to support calming and connection, Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes for pets or owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness shall not be held liable for any health-related interpretations, decisions, or outcomes arising from the use of Furbeats.

4. Payment Terms
Full payment for services is required at the payment schedule outlined for the individual service. Prices are subject to change, and the current rates will be either reflected on our website or communicated during the booking process.

5.Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products, including but not limited to training guides, enrichment guides, and downloadable materials, are for informational and educational purposes only. Results may vary depending on the individual pet. Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness makes no guarantees regarding behavioral or training outcomes.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service or product purchased.

In-person services:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service for a charge-free experience. Cancellations made after this period are subject to a fee equal to the full service fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Digital products (including guides):
Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness may, at its discretion, offer refunds for digital guide products if requested.

Personalized products (including Furbeats):
Due to the customized nature of these products, refunds are not guaranteed. However, Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness will make reasonable efforts to adjust or refine the product to ensure client satisfaction.

7. Liability and Responsibility
Client agrees to release and hold harmless Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness from any and all liability, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death of the Pet(s) while under the care of Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness. This release of liability also extends to any damage or loss to Client's property. Furthermore, Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the Pet(s) to any third party, including but not limited to other people, pets, or property, while the Pet(s) is under the care of Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness.

This limitation of liability also applies to all digital products and personalized offerings provided by Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness, including but not limited to training guides and Furbeats.

Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness shall not be held liable for any outcomes, interpretations, or perceived effects related to the use of these products.

8. Veterinary Care
In the course of providing in-person pet care services (including walks, drop-ins, and daycare), if a Pet requires medical attention, Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness is authorized to seek veterinary care from a licensed veterinarian. The Client agrees to reimburse Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness for all costs associated with veterinary care, including transportation. Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client before seeking care unless the situation is deemed an emergency.

9. Emergencies
In case of an emergency where the Client cannot be reached, the Client authorizes Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness to make decisions in the best interest of the Pet(s). This includes, but is not limited to, emergency veterinary care.

10. Extreme Temperature Policy
Wild Pack Pet Care & Wellness reserves the right to either cancel a walk or keep the pet indoors if the temperature drops below or exceeds safe levels for the well-being of the pet. The decision will be based on current weather conditions, and the client will be notified promptly of any changes to the scheduled walk. Wild Pack Pet Care & Wellness will make every attempt to arrive at a “work around” solution including but not limited to playing with the pet indoors, holding a training session or other.

11. Access to Property
The Client agrees to provide Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness with access to the property where the Pet(s) stay. The Client is responsible for providing keys, security codes, or other necessary access methods. Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness agrees to keep this information confidential and return it upon termination of services.

12. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness from any claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the services provided, including any injury, damage, or loss caused by the Pet(s) to any third party, including but not limited to other people, pets, or property, while the Pet(s) is under the care of Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness. This indemnification obligation applies regardless of whether the injury or damage occurs on the Client's property, Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness property, or any other location.

13.Data and Privacy
Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness collects and uses personal information solely for the purpose of delivering services and products, including communication, order fulfillment, and customer support.

For digital and personalized products (including Furbeats), users may submit content such as audio recordings. This content is used exclusively to create and deliver the requested product.

By submitting content, the Client confirms they have the right to provide such content and grants permission for its use in product creation.

Submitted content may be stored and processed using third-party cloud services for the purpose of delivering and maintaining the product experience.

Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness does not sell personal information or submitted content. While reasonable measures are taken to protect data, no system can guarantee complete security.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness and the Client and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Client Acknowledgment:

By booking services with or purchasing products from Wild Pack Pet Care and Wellness, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
